Bachelor of Computer Applications:

BCA course started in 2006, at Oxford College and which is affiliated to Karnatak University,

Dharwad. The major objective of this course is to create efficient software engineers/techies

Today software industry is growing very rapidly, so it requires large number of employees

such as developers, programmers and testers. BCA course is Knowledge as well as job

oriented, because as soon as the students complete their degree they can join any software

industry or continue further education.

Eligibility:

PUC - Science/Commerce with minimum of 40%.

Faculty:

BCA department includes well experienced and trained faculty. Our faculty members with

their practical knowledge based on leadership skills play an important role in a student’s

overall development. Each member takes special care on professional development of

student and also sharing strategies in the most practical way. Excellent IT infrastructure

with well equipped computer lab, licensed software among many other ensure complete

learning experience is delivered to the students.

Our main objectives are:
